Phuc
Duc Real Estate Company Limited is established
on 30th January 2003. The company was converted
to Real Estate Invesment Corporation on 07th
August 2006.
In
the early days of establishment, the Company
had only 04 members: 01 Director and 03 staff
members. With the love of profession, attachment
of the whole staff and the dedication of the
company’s managers - leaders, Phuc Duc
has constructed and expanded its system including
real estate transaction centers and subsidiaries
in Ho Chi Minh city and other provinces, cities.
Besides, the establishment of Phuc Duc
Real Estate Investment Corporation
was an indispensable part of the expansion and
development strategies of the Company’s Board
of Management. This establishment was a turning
point to a new development phase: specialization
in activities, creation of close liaison and
ultimate execution of the company’s and subsidiaries’
capacity which not only meet the demand
of the customers, local and foreign joint venture
partners but also suit with the general development
trend in the process of international integration
and development.
In parallel with grasping advantageous opportunities,
bringing into play existing strengths in market
search and execution, Phuc Duc ceaselessly improves
its activities with the orientation of professional

1. The Company’s Marketing Department continuously
keeps track of, survey, research changes and
emerging trends of real estate market in different
regions, areas, neighborhoods to provide the
customers with appropriate, subjective consultancy
and appraisal.
2. Advertising campaigns, marketing activities
for under-construction projects such as residential
housing, apartment buildings, condominiums,
office buildings, commercial centers… are implemented
in a professional and synchronous way from the
headquarter to the subsidiaries, sub-centers
and newspapers, television, internet as well
as other mass media…
3. The Company regularly participates in real
estate exhibitions, fairs as well as other related
professional fairs in both the roles of an exhibitor
and sponsor so that Phuc Duc can intensively
